What exactly does a property manager do?
Property managers market properties, screen potential tenants, and administer leases. They manage tenants, arrange for repairs, collect rents, and manage the finances for the property. They analyze reports, budget for maintenance and improvements, and generally care for the property of the owner. Property managers maintain and improve the quality of the property, and ensure the quality of life for its tenants.
What type of jobs can property managers qualify for?

What is Allied's refund policy?
Allied offers a 100% refund if you are not satisfied with your course. Until you have submitted your first assignment, you have the right to a refund up to 30 days after the course materials are mailed. If you have submitted any assignments and wish to withdraw, we have a "pro-rata" refund policy. Call for further details.
